Welcome to Test Fire Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Test Fire Studio platform and services ("Services") provided by Rampart16, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: Test Fire Studio is a security testing platform. You must only use our Services to test systems and devices that you own or have explicit written authorization to test.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Test Fire Studio provides a cloud-based security testing platform that enables users to:

Conduct authorized security assessments of IoT devices and WiFi systems
Simulate attack scenarios in controlled environments
Generate security reports and vulnerability assessments
Access security testing tools and infrastructure via API

3. Account Registration

To access our Services, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

Test any system, network, or device without proper authorization
Use our Services to conduct attacks against third-party systems
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Resell or redistribute our Services without written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services

Authorization Requirement: You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary authorizations, permissions, and consents to conduct security testing on any systems you test using our platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your testing activities comply with all applicable laws.

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of our Services may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated otherwise
We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

6. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all software, documentation, logos, and content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
Remove any proprietary notices or labels

7. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of any data, configurations, and test results you create using our Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Services. We will handle Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

Our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Results obtained from our Services will be accurate or reliable
Our Services will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of our Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
Any unauthorized security testing activities

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
We may delete your account and associated data
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our Services.
